I always thought of my strengths to be in “optimization” rather than in creation…although with the opening of PIH I’d better learn to adapt and thank goodness for a strong team!

What is it like to open a new medical clinic from scratch…besides the long “to do” list?!

Step one; Gather a strong team with a variety of skills. Each member should have invested interests and a unique perspective and set of clinical skills. The collective goal on how best to serve our patients is key. PIH philosophy is to create a collaborative patient driven healthcare clinic with a variety of experienced conventional and alternative healthcare practitioners…..Integrating healthcare as it should be!

Step two; Create short term and long term plans that includes budget, clinical niches, marketing and technology.

Step three; Create a unique and sustainable model for all aspects of the care and business provided.

We have been dedicated and working so hard to put this all together and I am so thankful to have such an incredible team!!

The end result will surely reflect our efforts
